SizeSakhi ("the app") is developed and operated by Sol Byte ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the app collects when a merchant installs it on their Shopify store, and when a shopper uses the size-recommendation widget on that store's storefront.
From merchants (store owners) who install the app:

We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, shipping addresses, or any other personally identifiable information from shoppers. Widget usage data is stored anonymously and cannot be tied back to an individual shopper.
Merchant configuration data powers the size charts they've set up. Anonymous widget usage data helps us improve size-recommendation accuracy and helps merchants understand return-driving fit issues in aggregate. We do not sell or share this data with third parties.
Data is stored in a hosted PostgreSQL database and is not accessible to anyone outside Sol Byte's operation of the app.
When a merchant uninstalls the app, we stop accessing their store immediately. All store data (configuration, size charts, and anonymous usage records) is permanently deleted from our systems shortly after uninstallation, per Shopify's mandatory data-erasure requirements. Because no shopper-identifying data is ever collected, there is no shopper data to request or erase under GDPR/CCPA — the app is compliant with these requests by design.
